About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Orderline Representative to join our team at QVC. As a key member of our Contact Centre, you will be responsible for providing world-class customer service, efficiently processing customer orders, and promoting engaging products to improve customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to customers, promoting QVC's unique offerings and driving sales growth.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team and individual performance targets.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
