About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and ambitious leader to join our team as a Strategic Market Leader for our new division, Connect. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of our network across the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Network Development: Develop and implement strategies to enhance our network density, focusing on increasing the number and strength of connections between users.
  • Commercial Strategy: Build an understanding of the key problems to solve in the market, and translate this into a compelling commercial strategy that drives growth.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, onboard, and manage a high-performing team to achieve market objectives.
Requirements
  • Strategic Leadership: Proven track record of developing and implementing market strategies that drive growth and market penetration.
  • Commercial Expertise: Strong background in business development, sales, and establishing strategic partnerships.
  • Team Leadership: Experience leading and motivating cross-functional teams to achieve market objectives.
  • Network Development: Demonstrated ability to build and launch new networks.
  • Operational Management: Proficiency in overseeing operational aspects of market entry, including compliance, regulatory requirements, and logistics.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £100,000 - £140,000, plus the value of £80,000 share options. You will also have access to a flexible benefits provider with a budget of £600 to spend on perks of your choice. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment with a team of experienced professionals.
