Job Title: Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at Reconomy. As the first point of contact for our customers, visitors, and employees, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and professional experience for everyone who interacts with our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and Welcome Visitors: Provide a positive and helpful attitude to all visitors, ensuring they feel welcome and supported.
  • Manage Phone Calls: Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner, ensuring all calls are handled efficiently and effectively.
  • Reception Area Maintenance: Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable, and oversee day-to-day office upkeep to ensure a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
  • Mail and Deliveries: Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries, ensuring all items are handled promptly and securely.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Manage appointment schedules and room bookings, ensuring all appointments are scheduled efficiently and effectively.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
  • Visitor Information: Provide general information to visitors and answer their queries, ensuring all visitors feel supported and informed.
  • Well-being Events: Take ownership of planning and organizing well-being events to enhance employee wellness and engagement.
  • Department Coordination: Coordinate with other departments as necessary, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Package Dispatch: Coordinate daily dispatch of packages with courier services, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Supply Management: Monitor and replenish supplies of tea, coffee, sugar, and squash, placing orders as needed to maintain adequate stock levels.
  • Meeting Refreshments: Ensure that all necessary refreshments are provided for meetings when requested.
Requirements:
  • Work Experience: Work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
  • Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional Attitude: Professional attitude.
  • Resourcefulness: Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
