Welcoming Guest Services Representative

Company Overview: Reconomy is on the lookout for a committed Receptionist to enhance our team and embody our company’s welcoming spirit.
Position Summary: We seek a friendly and enthusiastic Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our clients, guests, and staff. Your primary role will be to facilitate a seamless and professional experience for all who enter our premises. This position demands exceptional communication skills, a warm personality, and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcome and greet visitors with a cheerful and helpful demeanor.
- Handle incoming phone calls with politeness and professionalism.
- Maintain an organized and presentable reception area, ensuring a clean and efficient workspace.
- Sort and distribute daily mail and packages.
- Manage appointment schedules and coordinate room bookings.
- Assist with various administrative duties, including data entry tasks.
- Provide general information to visitors and address their inquiries.
- Take charge of planning and organizing employee wellness events to boost engagement.
- Collaborate with other departments as needed.
- Oversee daily dispatch of packages with courier services, ensuring timely delivery.
- Monitor and restock supplies of refreshments, placing orders as necessary.
- Ensure all required refreshments are available for meetings upon request.
- Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or in a similar capacity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Professional demeanor and attitude.
- Resourceful and proactive in resolving issues as they arise.
- 23 days of holiday, increasing to 25 days after two years of service, with options for holiday buy/sell after one year.
