Corporate Support Coordinator

We are pleased to announce a full-time, permanent position with a commitment of 37.5 hours per week, though we are open to slight adjustments to this arrangement.

Salary: £20 – 24K

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Corporate Support team with daily administrative tasks, ensuring exceptional customer service while aiding in sales growth.
  • Collaborate closely with the wholesale manager, serving as a primary contact for wholesale clients and providing necessary coverage for the wholesale manager.
  • Oversee the team’s email inbox, ensuring that inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently.
  • Aid the Corporate Support team in increasing sales through effective range management, product setup, and the completion of daily, weekly, and monthly responsibilities.
  • Provide support during both internal and external customer meetings.

Required Skills and Experience:

Essential:

  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, demonstrating adaptability and the capacity to re-evaluate work priorities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Experience working collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Background in customer service.
  • Proficient problem-solving skills with the ability to independently seek solutions.

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience in food retail or other fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sectors.
