We are seeking a dedicated individual for a full-time, permanent position, offering 37.5 hours per week, with some flexibility considered.
Salary: £20 – 24K

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Corporate Sales team with daily administrative tasks, ensuring exceptional customer service while supporting sales growth.
- Collaborate closely with the wholesale manager, acting as a primary contact for wholesale clients and providing coverage as needed.
- Oversee the team’s email inbox, ensuring timely and efficient responses to inquiries.
- Aid the Corporate Sales team in increasing sales through effective range management, product setup, and completion of daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.
- Provide support during both internal and external client meetings.
Required Skills and Experience:
Essential:
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility in workload management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proven customer service experience.
- Capability to independently solve problems and seek solutions.
Desirable:
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
