We are working with a leading financial services company based in the Northwest who have been recognized for their exceptional growth and market leadership.

Due to an internal promotion, they are now seeking a seasoned sales professional to join their dynamic team in their busy office.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To manage and deliver the corporate sales process for a portfolio of clients, driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
  2. Manage clients from instruction to deal completion, ensuring seamless execution and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  3. To devise and implement strategic action plans for the sale of client businesses, leveraging industry insights and market trends.
  4. To identify, research, and generate new buyers, expanding the company's network and database of contacts.
  5. To build and maintain a strong network of contacts using a variety of media and channels, fostering relationships and driving business growth.
  6. To win new business opportunities, leveraging sales expertise and market knowledge.
  7. To ensure that individual key performance indicators and business plans are being met on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, contributing to the company's profitability and growth.
  8. To support team members using motivation, inspiring, and coaching techniques, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  9. To contribute towards the strategy and development of the company, providing insights and expertise to inform business decisions.
  10. To provide management reports and present them to the leadership team as requested, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  11. To develop key relationships with clients and groups in the company's target markets and network, driving business growth and expansion.
  12. To provide sector and business training to the operations team and associate directors, enhancing their skills and knowledge.

Person Specification:

  1. Suitable for someone with a sales background, particularly in commercial sales or estate agency.
  2. Enthusiastic and entrepreneurial, with a passion for driving business growth and expansion.
  3. Previous experience in corporate sales, with a proven track record of success.
  4. A leader who can motivate and inspire a team to exceed expectations, driving business results and growth.
