Overview of the Position

As the Customer Engagement Marketing Manager, your primary responsibility will be to strategize, implement, and assess integrated marketing initiatives for key clients across the United Kingdom and Ireland.

Collaborating closely with local Sales teams and distributor partners, you will execute Business Plans that encompass both digital and traditional marketing efforts, aimed at boosting sales and enhancing brand reputation for Tork.

Reporting directly to the Customer Marketing Manager for the UK and Ireland, this role is based in a flexible work environment, allowing for remote work options.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive customer marketing strategies that incorporate both online and offline components for select strategic clients, including promotional initiatives and product launch support.
  • Enhance Tork's brand presence with distributors by participating in trade shows and exhibitions in partnership with the Segment and Sales teams.
  • Facilitate the introduction of new product innovations and Segment/Brand campaigns in alignment with the overarching business strategy.
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of the essential elements of Tork's brand equity and serve as an advocate among sales and distribution teams.
  • Optimize Tork's digital presence on distributor platforms by leveraging content sharing capabilities and ensuring content accuracy in collaboration with distributors.
  • Assist in managing budgets and analyzing campaign performance.
  • Oversee local marketing agencies to ensure the creation of tailored content.
  • Collaborate with Sales to recommend strategies for optimizing product offerings, ensuring a strong marketing return on investment, and implementing necessary adjustments.
  • Actively contribute to the Region South-West/MEIA Marketing team, promoting a unified omnichannel approach by sharing insights and best practices.
  • Coordinate and deliver training on Products, Segments, Brands, and Services, as well as customer loyalty programs.

Candidate Profile

If you are enthusiastic about executing strategic marketing initiatives in partnership with commercial teams and are motivated by product innovation across various B2B sectors, this role may be a perfect fit for you. A proactive and open-minded attitude, coupled with a strong sense of urgency, is essential for success. You should be a self-motivated individual eager to implement local strategies while ensuring comprehensive execution.

A strong customer focus is crucial, ideally gained from experience in a B2B marketing context, although significant B2C experience is also valuable. Familiarity with distributor relationships is advantageous but not mandatory. A degree-level qualification and proven experience in a global matrix organization are preferred.

You will possess excellent communication skills and be capable of building relationships across all business levels. The role requires frequent travel within the UK and ROI to foster customer relationships, with occasional travel within Europe.
