About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Marketing Activation Manager to join our team at Essity. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing omnichannel marketing strategies to drive sales and build brand equity for our customers in the United Kingdom and Ireland.

Working closely with our local sales teams and distributor partners, you will deliver joint business plans through online and offline activities that drive sales and build brand equity for Tork. You will be responsible for recommending, executing, and evaluating omnichannel activities for selected top customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute omnichannel marketing strategies to drive sales and build brand equity for Tork
  • Work closely with local sales teams and distributor partners to deliver joint business plans
  • Recommend and activate omnichannel customer marketing plans, including offline and online elements
  • Build Tork brand equity with distributors through delivering brand presence at trade shows and exhibitions
  • Support the launch of product innovations and segment/brand campaigns
  • Develop a strong understanding of the major components of the Tork brand equity and become the advocate amongst the sales and distribution teams
  • Establish Tork's digital shelf presence on distributors' webshops
  • Provide support with budget management and campaign analytics
  • Manage local marketing agencies to secure development of customized content
  • Make recommendations to optimize customers' product mix and ensure a robust marketing ROI
  • Be an active voice in the Region South-West/MEIA Marketing team to strengthen our differentiated omnichannel approach
  • Responsible for coordinating and performing product, segment, brand, and services training as well as loyalty programs for customers

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of omnichannel marketing strategies and a proven track record of delivering results-driven marketing campaigns. You will also need to have excellent communication and project management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
