Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with Construction (Design and Management) Regulations and the responsibilities of Principal Contractors and Contractors.

Requirements:
- Extensive experience in electrical and mechanical construction and installation techniques.
- Strong understanding of Construction (Design and Management) Regulations and the responsibilities of Principal Contractors and Contractors.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams.
- Education/Experience:
- Ideal C&G/ONC/HND in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
- IOSH Managing Safely certification.
