**Position Overview**: As a Technical Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of security systems, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. This role requires a hands-on approach, combining technical expertise with strong leadership and organizational skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead a team of electrical technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of security systems including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems including LV electrical installations.
- Responsible for all works ensuring all materials and labour are managed and monitored to provide optimum performance and delivery of service meeting KPI's for our customers.
- Ensure all installations are completed according to company standards, industry regulations, and customer specifications.
- Conduct site inspections to assess project progress, quality of work, and compliance with safety protocols.
- Provide technical support and training to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Coordinate with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and efficient project execution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing hands-on assistance as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project timelines.
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in the installation and maintenance of security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms).
- Previous supervisory experience in a technical or operations role.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various job sites as needed.
