Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead our Infrastructure Asset & Information Management practice, delivering data-driven solutions and providing asset management, regulatory, and technical guidance to a diverse clientele, both domestically and abroad. We seek a proactive, client-focused individual to spearhead and expand our asset performance business.
  • Oversee asset performance evaluation and benchmarking, including the development and utilization of dashboards and digital tools to enhance performance.
  • Engage in strategic planning, including the creation of risk-based decision-making tools and methodologies, and prioritization strategies.
  • Implement tactical planning to transform business strategies into actionable outcomes.
  • Provide assurance and regulatory guidance for UK Airports and international clients.
  • Offer strategic asset management advice, including gap analysis and improvement strategies aligned with ISO55001 and business process optimization.
  • This role involves leading Airline Engagement and providing direction for significant strategic projects. You will be an integral part of our Infrastructure Asset Management Practice, dedicated to supporting key clients in the Aviation sector. We are looking for a dynamic individual with a proven track record in selling this expertise and building a coordinated team to deliver effective solutions.
Candidate Profile:

Applicants should possess a combination of technical, stakeholder engagement, financial, and project management skills necessary to secure and execute projects:
  • Experience in winning and serving clients on major projects, with a solid technical foundation, exceptional communication and organizational skills, and comprehensive knowledge of aviation clients.
  • Involvement in strategic aviation planning to enhance profitability, marketing capabilities, operational efficiencies, and quality.
  • Develop and leverage existing and new aviation client relationships to identify and pursue business opportunities.
  • Assist in crafting project work plans, reviewing schedules, budgets, project milestones, and deliverables.
  • Contribute to the formulation of annual and strategic plans for the area of responsibility and implement them effectively.
  • Actively seek new project opportunities by maintaining relationships with current and prospective clients and evaluating new project prospects.
  • Identify and address client relations challenges.
