We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Leader to join our Transportation Advisory and Consulting team as a Practice Director. This is a key leadership role that will be responsible for driving the growth and development of our transportation practice, while also delivering exceptional results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Strategy
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the transportation practice, aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver high-quality services to clients.
- Collaborate with other business leaders to identify opportunities for growth and development.
- Client Engagement and Business Development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, both within existing clients and through new relationships.
- Develop and execute business development plans to drive growth and revenue.
- Operational Excellence
- Ensure the effective management of resources, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to drive efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- People Development and Culture
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of professionals.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Ensure the effective management of talent, including recruitment, training, and development.
- Leadership and Management Experience
- Proven track record of leadership and management experience, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
- Ability to lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver high-quality services.
- Business Development and Client Engagement
- Strong business development and client engagement skills, with a proven track record of success.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Operational Excellence and Process Improvement
- Proven ability to drive operational excellence and process improvement, with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
- Ability to develop and implement effective processes and procedures.
