Treasury Analyst Job Description

Location: Denver, Colorado

Salary Range: $65k to $75k

The Treasury Analyst will provide critical support to the VP of Treasury in managing day-to-day treasury activities. This role will report directly to the VP of Treasury and be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Uploading positive pay issuances to various banking platforms.
  • Monitoring daily cash balances and submitting FF&E reimbursements to lenders.
  • Entering ACH and wire payments, reviewing monthly analysis fees, and proposing investments for excess cash in savings and CDs.
  • Reconciling treasury-related GL accounts, including investors and debt.
  • Overseeing daily management of cash and debt payments, including timely tracking and payment of hotel mortgage loans.
  • Ensuring compliance with reserve accounts and contractual requirements associated with loan documents and operating accounts.
  • Managing lender relationships, proposing distributions and capital calls, and carrying out daily bank controls.
  • Assisting with daily cash position and monthly cash flow forecasting, as well as communication within Accounting/Finance and other departments.
