Position Overview:

The Treasury Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting the Vice President of Treasury by managing daily treasury functions and ensuring efficient cash flow operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Upload positive pay transactions to various banking systems.
- Monitor daily cash balances to ensure liquidity.
- Process reimbursements for furniture, fixtures, and equipment to lenders.
- Execute ACH and wire transfers accurately.
- Review monthly analysis fees for discrepancies.
- Recommend investment opportunities for surplus cash in savings accounts and certificates of deposit.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts related to treasury activities, including investors and debt.
- Oversee the management of cash and debt obligations on a daily basis.
- Ensure timely tracking and payment of hotel mortgage loans.
- Maintain compliance with reserve accounts and contractual obligations linked to loan agreements and operational accounts.
- Manage relationships with lenders concerning cash management, transfers, and associated fees and rates.
- Propose distributions and capital calls as necessary.
- Conduct daily bank controls to verify that all payments are accurately debited to the appropriate accounts and analyze returns.
- Assist in daily cash position assessments and monthly cash flow forecasting.
- Facilitate communication between Accounting/Finance and other departments to ensure timely payments and support month-end closing processes.
- Complete all tasks related to the initiation and closure of bank accounts.
- Provide support to both Corporate and Hotel Accounting with banking requirements, including wire and ACH payment processing.
- Establish and implement protocols to ensure compliance tracking.
- Collaborate with the Chief Accounting Officer on special projects as needed.
