Job Summary:
This Underwriting Administrator role is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable financial services company, ARC, as a key member of their team. As an Underwriting Administrator, you will play a vital role in the administration of loan applications, ensuring seamless processing and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input loan applications and liaise with relevant departments to chase for submission of information/items that have not yet been forthcoming.
- Organize the property valuation process, including liaising with valuers.
- Action items of incoming post where appropriate, such as acknowledging offers.
- Carry out Land Registry searches.
- Dispatch Mortgage Offers and Solicitors Instructions following approval.
- Respond to Customer, Intermediary or Solicitor enquiries, liaising with the relevant department.
- Assist the Completions Officer with mortgage offer administration following the underwriting process.
Requirements:
- Solid administration experience within Banking/Financial Services/Insurance.
- Good communication skills.
- Comfortable with MS Office.
- Keen to develop your career in the sector.
