Job Summary:

This Underwriting Administrator role is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable financial services company, ARC, as a key member of their team. As an Underwriting Administrator, you will play a vital role in the administration of loan applications, ensuring seamless processing and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Input loan applications and liaise with relevant departments to chase for submission of information/items that have not yet been forthcoming.
  • Organize the property valuation process, including liaising with valuers.
  • Action items of incoming post where appropriate, such as acknowledging offers.
  • Carry out Land Registry searches.
  • Dispatch Mortgage Offers and Solicitors Instructions following approval.
  • Respond to Customer, Intermediary or Solicitor enquiries, liaising with the relevant department.
  • Assist the Completions Officer with mortgage offer administration following the underwriting process.

Requirements:

  • Solid administration experience within Banking/Financial Services/Insurance.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Comfortable with MS Office.
  • Keen to develop your career in the sector.
