Job Summary

This exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing Client Money Team within our Broker Network business, part of the wider Ardonagh Advisory organization. You will be responsible for the accurate reconciliation of our Members' Insurer accounts to their broking systems in accordance with regulatory requirements and agreed service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reconciliation of Insurer Settlements for allocated members in accordance with regulatory requirements, Insurer requirements, and internal procedures.
  • Management of own workload to ensure work is being completed to the agreed Service Levels (SLAs) and quality standards.
  • Communication and relationship-building with external Brokers & businesses to investigate and resolve any queried transactions, resolving these effectively and providing great customer service.
  • Fulfillment of responsibilities in line with agreed processes to achieve agreed objectives, and in doing so, ensure compliance with the client and insurer money rules within the regulatory framework, identifying and recording any breaches of regulatory rules.
  • Successful completion of training and assessment exercises as assigned from the Compliance and Training Department.
  • Ability to apply existing skills to other ad-hoc tasks, as required by management.

Requirements

This is an opportunity for a detail-oriented, organized, proactive individual with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively and who can process high volumes quickly and accurately. We're looking for a customer-focused individual who thrives on providing an exceptional service to customers by working on their own and as part of a team.

Experience within a regulated role and an understanding of Insurance Broking systems would be advantageous. However, full training will be given so if you're detail-focused and a quick learner with a passion for accuracy, this could be a great opportunity for you.

This is a hybrid role once training is complete with 2, maybe 3 days per week in the office. In return, you will be welcomed and supported by our Ardonagh Advisory family and be joining an organization that cares about you as a person and your wellbeing.
