Gecko Travel Recruitment is pleased to present an exciting opportunity with a reputable wholesale travel organization seeking a Hotel Contracts Executive.

In this role, you will oversee hotel partnerships within the Nordic region. Your primary focus will be on cultivating relationships and negotiating competitive rates with both new and existing hotel partners. Additionally, you will ensure that all contracts are accurately entered into the system, making them accessible for B2B and B2C channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Negotiate favorable rates with hotel partners across the Nordic region
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with hotel partners
  • Input contracted rates and special offers into the internal platform
  • Analyze sales statistics and rate comparisons to remain competitive in a price-sensitive market
  • Conduct regular visits to hotel partners
  • Represent the company positively at international trade shows
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams regarding your designated region

Qualifications

  • Experience in hotel or supplier contracting is preferred
  • A strong enthusiasm for the travel sector
  • Familiarity with the Nordic region is advantageous
  • Commercial awareness and acumen
  • Exceptional relationship management skills
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential
