Sales Territory Manager - Capital Equipment / Waste Solutions

Compensation: £30,000 - £35,000 basic with OTE of £50k, inclusive of private medical insurance, pension plan, and company vehicle.

Role Overview: In this position, you will focus on developing new business opportunities across the Southeast region, targeting both national and independent waste management providers with a diverse portfolio of balers and compactors.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive new business initiatives while traveling throughout the designated area.
  • Consideration will be given to candidates with any background in waste management sales.
  • Ideal candidates will be confident, competitive, and proactive, with experience in selling balers, compactors, or shredders, though strong experience in waste management solutions will also be valued.
  • A valid driving license is a prerequisite for this role.
