About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at ZEISS Group. As an Account and Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to maintain existing market share and identify new sales opportunities for our portfolio of products.
- Deliver full annual sales targets and key performance objectives through effective lead and opportunity management.
- Qualify clinical need and financial consideration for product demonstrations, ensuring that key strategic and user requirements are met in surgical and out-patient fields across our portfolio.
- Build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders in the NHS and private hospitals, including surgeons, nursing teams, business and theatre managers, medical engineers, and procurement and finance professionals.

We are looking for a motivated and passionate individual who is committed to achieving their goals and delivering top performance. You will be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to build relationships with diverse stakeholders and drive sales growth.
