Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Territory Sales Representative to join our team at Pharmiweb. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing our niche Wound Care portfolio and working across community and secondary care markets in the East Anglia territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize business growth and revenue in the Wound Care market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with NHS stakeholders at all levels, including clinicians, procurement teams, and other key decision-makers.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer service, to drive business growth and improve customer experience.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in the medical device industry, preferably in the Wound Care market.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
