Position Overview
As a Mobile Property Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that the properties and their surroundings are maintained in a clean, organized, safe, and secure manner. This will involve both direct cleaning efforts and overseeing the services provided by external contractors.

You will collaborate with another Mobile Property Supervisor to manage 60 properties in the West London region. A company van will be provided, and it is essential to possess a full UK driving license.

Key Responsibilities

Maintaining shared areas to a high standard, which includes (but is not limited to):

  • Clearing external areas of obstructions, litter, leaves, and other debris.
  • Cleaning communal gardens by removing litter.
  • Washing and disinfecting refuse areas, ensuring waste is prepared for collection as per local authority guidelines.
  • Cleaning internal spaces including floors, corridors, stairs, landings, and lifts through sweeping, washing, vacuuming, and polishing.
  • Dusting and polishing handrails, balustrades, skirting boards, and ledges.

Additional Duties

  • Reporting and following up on communal repairs.
  • Acting as the primary contact for contractors, developers, managing agents, local authorities, and emergency services on-site.
  • Providing administrative support to the team, including maintaining records and monitoring sheets.
  • Delivering high levels of customer service.
  • Adhering to service standards for communication and responsiveness.
  • Addressing resident inquiries and providing guidance and support.
  • Representing the team and organization positively.

Experience

  • Proven experience in cleaning, caretaking, and property management.
  • Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment, along with experience in public interaction.
  • Experience in collaborating with other organizations and contractors.
  • Background in resident engagement activities, including event management and consultation.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety practices related to cleaning, including COSHH and Manual Handling.
  • Basic gardening knowledge.
  • Ability to perform basic DIY and maintenance tasks.
  • Physical capability to lift and carry heavy items and perform daily physical tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits
This position offers an annual salary of £22,862 along with additional benefits.
