About the Role:

PSR Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Management Supervisor to join our team. As a Property Management Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our property maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising property maintenance works, ensuring they are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Delegating tasks to team members and providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Briefing team members on targets and performance expectations.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Managing and maintaining accurate records of property maintenance activities.

Requirements:

  • SSSTS certification.
  • Asbestos Awareness training.
  • CIH Certificate - Managing Housing Maintenance.
  • NVQ qualification.

Experience and Skills:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in property management or maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

£24 per hour, ongoing.
