As a Mobile Property Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall condition of the properties and their surroundings that you oversee. This will involve both hands-on tasks and supervising the services provided by external contractors.

You will collaborate with another Mobile Property Supervisor to manage a portfolio of 60 properties within the West London region. A vehicle will be provided for your use, and it is crucial that you possess a valid UK driving license.

Key Responsibilities

Ensuring that communal areas are maintained to a high standard, including but not limited to:

  • Clearing external spaces of debris, litter, and leaves.
  • Cleaning communal gardens by removing waste.
  • Washing and disinfecting refuse areas and preparing waste for collection as per local authority guidelines.
  • Maintaining internal areas through sweeping, washing, vacuuming, and polishing floors, corridors, stairs, landings, and lifts.
  • Dusting and polishing handrails, balustrades, skirting boards, and ledges.

Additional Duties

  • Reporting and following up on communal repairs.
  • Acting as the point of contact for contractors, developers, managing agents, local authorities, and emergency services on-site.
  • Providing administrative support to the team, including the completion and submission of records and monitoring sheets.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Adhering to service standards for communication and responsiveness.
  • Addressing resident inquiries, offering guidance, and directing them as needed.
  • Representing the team and organization positively.

Experience

  • Background in cleaning, caretaking, and property management.
  • Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment, and experience interacting with the public.
  • Experience in collaborating with other organizations and contractors.
  • Involvement in resident engagement activities, including event management and consultations.
  • Solid understanding of health and safety regulations related to cleaning, including COSHH and Manual Handling.
  • Basic gardening skills.
  • Ability to perform basic maintenance and DIY tasks.
  • Physical capability to lift and carry heavy items and navigate stairs regularly.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation

This position offers an annual salary of £22,862 along with additional benefits.
