Mobile Maintenance Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at the Arora Group Head Office. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our buildings, assets, and grounds are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of maintenance engineers to ensure that all properties services, systems, fixtures, and fittings are maintained in perfect working condition.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules and programs to minimize downtime and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on maintenance work and provide feedback to engineers to improve performance.
  • Ensure that all maintenance activities are recorded and reported accurately using our Computer Aided Facilities Management Systems (CAFM).
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to develop and implement maintenance strategies that meet the specific needs of our hotel and its systems.
  • Ensure that all reactive work orders are executed in line with our Service Level Agreement (SLA) and that necessary support services are available at all times.
  • Manage the Technical Store to ensure that all necessary spares are available to minimize downtime.

Requirements:

  • Recognized Electrical or Mechanical Engineering qualification and in-depth knowledge of other building maintenance related trades.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Literate in MS Office Suite.
  • Experience with BMS platforms and controls.
