As a Mobile Fabric Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of fabric technicians and delivering high-quality building fabric works and repairs to a portfolio of retail branches across the Southeast of England.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Meeting with branch managers to discuss project requirements and expectations
  2. Conducting site visits to assess and prioritize fabric works and repairs
  3. Estimating the scope and resources required for each project
  4. Ensuring timely completion of projects and delivering high-quality results
  5. Snagging and handing over sites to clients in a satisfactory condition

This role requires a high level of autonomy, with the ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of fabric technicians and ensuring that all projects are completed to a high standard.
