Job Title: Fabric Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Fabric Maintenance Supervisor to oversee a team of mobile fabric technicians working in the branches of a UK High Street Bank contract. The successful candidate will play a key part in building and mobilising their regional team and will work with peers in other UK regions to share best practice, develop processes and standardise ways of working.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Surveying sites, identifying works required and producing fully estimated and costed proposals
  • Undertaking quality assurance checks of work completed by the team and completing snagging activities as required
  • Managing a team of mobile fabric technicians and ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to complete their tasks

Requirements:

  • Supervisory background in facilities or mobile maintenance, construction sector or similar
  • Qualified to Level 3 City & Guilds or equivalent in a relevant discipline
  • Relevant certification and qualifications in health and safety
  • Full current driving licence and willingness to travel
