Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Fabric Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Skilled Careers. As a Fabric Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of commercial buildings, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate maintenance activities, including general maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
  • Conduct site visits to assess maintenance needs and develop plans to address them.
  • Supervise and train maintenance staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure that all equipment and systems are properly maintained.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their maintenance needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure that maintenance activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a commercial maintenance environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing maintenance teams and projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
