Fabric Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Fabric Supervisor to join our team at Skilled Careers. As a Fabric Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of fabric engineers and ensuring the smooth operation of our commercial maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of fabric engineers in the maintenance and repair of commercial buildings
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal building performance
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their maintenance needs and provide solutions
  • Manage and maintain a safe working environment for all team members
  • Conduct regular site visits to inspect and report on building conditions
  • Develop and manage budgets for maintenance projects
  • Provide training and guidance to junior team members
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in fabric maintenance in a commercial environment
  • Previous supervisory experience and a strong understanding of client liaison
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage budgets and prioritize tasks
