Mobile Fabric Supervisor Job Description

Our client, a leading facilities management and maintenance contractor in the UK, is seeking a skilled Mobile Fabric Supervisor to join their team. This role offers a unique opportunity for career progression in a dynamic and forward-thinking organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct site surveys to identify required works and create detailed proposals, including estimated costs.
  2. Travel extensively across a large geographical area to manage multiple sites and ensure smooth operations.
  3. Engage with site representatives, set up and manage site operations, and maintain high standards of Health & Safety.
  4. Perform quality assurance checks on completed work and address any snagging issues as required.
Requirements:
  1. Hold a full current driving license and be willing to travel. Proficiency in standard MS Office applications is essential.
  2. Background in facilities, mobile maintenance, construction, or a related sector.
  3. Hold a Level 3 City & Guilds qualification or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
  4. Strong Health & Safety management skills are critical to this role.
