Job Title: Fabric Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Fabric Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Skilled Careers.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of fabric-related systems in a commercial building in Mayfair.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure timely completion and quality of work.
  • Conduct site visits to assess maintenance needs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Provide quotes for additional works and effectively liaise with clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in fabric maintenance in a commercial environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of general maintenance and building services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range: £43,000 - £45,000.
  • 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri working hours.
