Fabric Maintenance Specialist

Pareto FM is seeking a skilled professional to carry out routine maintenance tasks and fabric works across the organization's site. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of their work, while also collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive instructions and investigate the site where tasks are to be carried out.
  • Identify necessary materials and request them from the relevant team members.
  • Coordinate with colleagues to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Verify task specifications and consult with team leads as needed.
  • Report on task completion and refer any issues to the supervisor.
  • Perform urgent fabric maintenance and repair tasks as required.
  • Adhere to Health & Safety guidelines when using equipment and materials.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess a City and Guilds or NVQ Level 3 electrical qualification, along with a Level 2 Mechanical qualification in plumbing and heating. General knowledge of building services is also essential.

Desirable Qualifications:

PASMA and IPAF training would be beneficial, although training can be provided.
