Mobile Fabric Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Fabric Supervisor to join our client's team. As a key member of the facilities management and maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality maintenance services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct site surveys to identify works required and produce fully estimated and costed proposals.
  2. Travel extensively to manage a large geographical patch, engaging with site representatives and ensuring works are delivered to the highest standard.
  3. Manage Health & Safety on site, undertaking quality assurance checks and completing snagging activities as required.
  4. Lead a team of maintenance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of exceptional results.
Requirements:
  1. Full current driving licence and willingness to travel.
  2. Background in facilities or mobile maintenance, construction sector or similar.
  3. Level 3 City & Guilds or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
  4. Strong management and leadership skills, with a focus on Health & Safety.
