Job Title: Mobile Fabric Technician

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are seeking a skilled Mobile Fabric Technician to join our team in London.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Fabric Technicians with the day-to-day delivery of various fabric works on the contract in accordance with the required CBRE, client and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure that fabric maintenance is carried out to meet and exceed expectations, and agreed service level agreements.
  2. Support a large heritage estate, requiring a high level of mobility and willingness to walk extensively.
  3. Respond to building fabric emergency repairs as needed, and assist colleagues where required.
  4. Undertake reactive maintenance generated via the helpdesk, as well as completing fabric PPM.
  5. Notify Supervisor/Manager of any spares deficiencies required to carry out maintenance of the plant and assets.
  6. Maintain comprehensive maintenance records in the CAFM system job card.
  7. Comply with all Method Statements and Risk Assessments to ensure safe working practices.
  8. Ensure Housekeeping of all CBRE areas within contract are kept to CBRE Site Standard.
  9. Supervise subcontractors, ensuring they comply with contractual commitments and site operating processes.
  10. Ensure a safe and healthy working environment, and comply with all Company policies and procedures, as well as client site policies, procedures and working arrangements, as required.
  11. Support out-of-hours site emergencies or urgent works, as may be required.
  12. Be prepared to assist at other sites within the Business Unit.
