Generation is dedicated to providing high-quality training, equipping our learners with the skills and confidence necessary for successful, transformative careers.

ABOUT GENERATION

Generation's mission is to train, coach, and support individuals into life-changing careers that would otherwise be inaccessible to them. We are a UK registered charity, established by McKinsey and Company, delivering tailored programs to recruit, train, and place unemployed individuals into employment. Through our unique approach, we also address a wide range of employer challenges—skilled talent shortages, poor job performance, lack of diversity, and high turnover.

Since our global launch in 2015, we have rapidly grown to become the world's largest demand-led employment initiative, placing over 80,000 individuals into roles and collaborating with over 4,000 employer partners across 16 countries and 26 professions.

Generation UK&I is currently conducting training to employment programs in various regions, including the West Midlands, London, Manchester, Dublin, Leeds, and Scotland. We offer a range of tech bootcamps in partnership with organizations such as The Prince's Trust, Amazon Web Services, Multiverse, and Infinity Works, as well as programs supporting individuals into healthcare, the Green sector, and customer service roles. Additionally, we provide lighter-touch career support for individuals seeking employment without a specific profession in mind.

By becoming part of Generation UK&I, you will contribute to an organization committed to addressing these challenges for individuals in the UK and Ireland.
