We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Cygnet Gledholt. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, empowering them to lead fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centered care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the needs of each service user are met.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
- Support individuals to engage in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being, such as exercise, hobbies, and social events.
- Monitor and report any changes in the health and well-being of service users, ensuring their safety and dignity are maintained at all times.
