We are seeking motivated, positive individuals to join our team as Care Assistants at Bupa. As a Care Assistant, you will be at the heart of making a difference to our residents, providing high-quality, personal, and social care, nurturing relationships, and providing kindness and warmth to individuals and your amazing colleagues.

About the Role

You will assist residents with a high standard of clinical, social, and emotional care, recognising and meeting the specific needs of residents. You will support residents with a wide range of differing requirements from companionship to personal care. You will be part of a team supporting the nurse or senior care assistant in monitoring our residents and reporting change. You will communicate with residents' families, friends, and other healthcare professionals.
