About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care and Support Professional to join our team at Cygnet Gledholt. As a Care and Support Professional, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, who may have complex needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centered care and support to individuals, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
  • Support individuals to engage in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive environment, promoting the rights and dignity of individuals.
