Care Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Wood Care Group. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with personal care activities, such as washing, dressing, and assisting with meals.
- Lead the medication round and ensure accurate administration.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to provide comprehensive care.
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of care plans.
- Ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents and staff.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience working in a care home environment is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A committed and organized approach to work.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
