Job Title: Senior Care Home Manager

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Care Home Manager to lead our care facility.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee the daily operations of the care facility, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements.

* Lead and mentor a team of compassionate care staff, providing guidance, training, and performance support.

* Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and external agencies to ensure residents' holistic well-being.

* Develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring individualized attention for each resident.

Requirements:

* Level 5 in Health and Social Care (Leadership & Management)

* A successful track record in a managerial role within a care setting, with previous experience as a Registered Manager and significant operational and organisational management expertise

* Excellent leadership and communication skills, including a proven track record in supervisions, appraisals, budget management, and familiarity with rostering programs
