Creative Support is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Support Worker to join our team in Huddersfield. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing personalized support to individuals with learning disabilities, mental health support needs, and physical disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent personal care, administering medication, and manual handling
- Encouraging service users to engage in social activities and develop warm relationships
- Working collaboratively with the team to promote independence, inclusion, and wellbeing
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including daytimes, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
