Support Worker Opportunity

Creative Support is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Huddersfield. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing personalized support to individuals with varying needs, including learning disabilities, mental health support needs, and physical disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent personal care, administer medication, and perform manual handling tasks with care and attention to detail.
  • Encourage service users to engage in a range of social activities, both within and outside their homes, promoting independence, inclusion, and wellbeing.
  • Develop warm and trusting relationships with service users and their families, enabling them to enjoy their time at the service to the fullest.
  • Work flexibly according to the needs of the service, including daytimes, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, with the possibility of sleep-in shifts.
