Key Responsibilities:- Provide excellent personal care, administer medication, and perform manual handling tasks with care and attention to detail.
- Encourage service users to engage in a range of social activities, both within and outside their homes, promoting independence, inclusion, and wellbeing.
- Develop warm and trusting relationships with service users and their families, enabling them to enjoy their time at the service to the fullest.
- Work flexibly according to the needs of the service, including daytimes, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, with the possibility of sleep-in shifts.
- A one-off bonus of £100 upon successful completion of the 4-month probationary period.
