About the Role

We are currently in search of a highly organized and professional administrator/executive to join our operations team at Adelphi Real World. The primary objective of this position is to support the broader organization with fieldwork, supplier management, and translation tasks. You will focus on the translations and patient-reported outcomes (PRO) aspects of the team. While prior experience in these areas is not required, full training will be provided. However, the role demands exceptional organizational skills, confidence in tackling new responsibilities, a quick learning ability, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to collaborate effectively within a team to ensure seamless business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Translations & Compliance

You will be responsible for obtaining validated versions of the PRO tools in each relevant language and format, as well as maintaining appropriate documentation for compliance purposes. You will assist in establishing an internal translation tracking system for each study in translation and ensure it is updated as necessary throughout the process. This includes preparing files for translation and addressing any issues within translated links prior to proofreading. You will also liaise with teams regarding proofreader inquiries and review any amendments made by proofreaders. Additionally, troubleshooting within the programming software for errors will be part of your responsibilities.

Patient Reported Outcomes (PRO)

You will collaborate with various teams across the organization to understand licensing requirements and ensure that appropriate registrations are completed. Supporting the head of department, you will ensure that all PRO tools utilized within Adelphi Real World are properly licensed and work with project teams to identify where licenses for Patient Reported Outcomes are necessary. This includes negotiating and finalizing fees for usage and contracts with owners/developers as appropriate. You will also be tasked with obtaining validated versions of the PRO tools in each relevant language and format (e.g., paper and pencil, online, tablet) and managing the collection and filing of relevant compliance documentation.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office environment.
  • Proficiency in basic PowerPoint, Excel, and Word is essential.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team player.
  • Effective organizational and time management abilities.
