About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and professional administrator/executive to join our operations team at Adelphi Real World. The primary purpose of this role is to contribute to the operation of supporting the wider company with fieldwork, suppliers & translation. You will provide a focus on the translations, and patient reported outcomes (PRO) areas of the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Obtaining validated versions of the PRO tools in each relevant language and format, as well as filing relevant documentation for compliance.
- Supporting with the set-up of internal translation tracking system for each study in translation and updating them where necessary throughout the process.
- Preparing files to be sent for translation and checking and resolving issues within translated links prior to proof-reading.
- Liaising with teams regarding proof-reader queries and reviewing/querying proof-read amends.
- Trouble shooting within the programming software for errors.
Requirements
- At least 2 years working in an office environment.
- Basic PowerPoint, Excel, Word are essential.
- Proactive and highly self-motivating approach to work.
- Problem solving and forward thinking.
- A high level of interpersonal skills and working as a team player.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- The ability to multi-task & manage numerous studies.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Great communication skills both verbally and in written word.
- Aligns with ARW Values.
- To qualify, applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United Kingdom, and should not require, now or in the future, sponsorship for employment visa status.
