**Adelphi Real World - Fieldwork & Supplier Administrator**

**Who We Are**:
Adelphi Real World is a global consultancy in healthcare. We collect and interrogate real world data to aid the pharmaceutical industry in understanding the management and treatment of specific diseases. This understanding informs the successful development of pipeline assets and the positioning of inline products. Real world data can also be used to leverage Health Outcomes / Economic argumentation through statistically validated publications.

**The Role**:
Provide administrative support to the Senior Manager of Fieldwork, Suppliers and Acting Head within Operations. Particularly focusing on assisting with supplier relationships and supporting coordination of all associated tasks. On the job training provided, however the role requires a driven individual who demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and multi-tasking.

**Accountabilities**:
The below list of job duties is not exhaustive; the post holder will be required to undertake such tasks as may reasonably be expected within the scope of the role:

- Raising Purchase Order numbers using our accounts platform
- General checking process for incoming invoices
- Commissioning Freelancers
- Assistance with translation team, exporting excels to be sent to our Accredited Translation Agency
- To schedule the various meetings when required
- Ensure process and procedures are followed
- Build internal and external relationships
- Escalate complex queries
- Note and minute taking of meetings
- Ensure integrity and maintain confidentiality

- Good organisational and time management skills.
- The ability to multi-task & manage numerous studies.
- Strong attention to detail
- Great communication skills both verbally and in written word.

**Experience**:

- Experience working in an office environment.
- Basic PowerPoint, Excel, Word are essential
