About the Role

We seek a highly organised and professional administrator/executive to join our operations team. The primary purpose is to contribute to the operation of supporting the wider company with fieldwork, suppliers, and translation. You will provide a focus on translations and patient-reported outcomes (PRO) areas of the team. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Obtain validated versions of PRO tools in each relevant language and format, and file relevant documentation for compliance.
  2. Support the set-up of internal translation tracking systems for each study in translation and update them where necessary throughout the process.
  3. Prepare files to be sent for translation and check and resolve issues within translated links prior to proof-reading.
  4. Liaise with teams regarding proof-reader queries and review/query proof-read amends.
  5. Troubleshoot within the programming software for errors.
  6. Liaise with teams across the business to understand licensing needs and ensure appropriate registrations are made.
  7. Support the head of department to ensure that all PRO tools used within Adelphi Real World are correctly licensed and work with project teams to identify where licenses for Patient Reported Outcomes of PRO tools are needed.
  8. Negotiate and agree fees for use and contracts with owners/developers as appropriate.
Requirements
  1. At least 2 years working in an office environment.
  2. Basic PowerPoint, Excel, Word are essential.
  3. Proactive and highly self-motivating approach to work.
  4. Problem-solving and forward thinking.
  5. A high level of interpersonal skills and working as a team player.
  6. Good organisational and time management skills.
  7. The ability to multi-task & manage numerous studies.
  8. Strong attention to detail.
  9. Great communication skills both verbally and in written word.
  10. Aligns with ARW Values.
  11. To qualify, applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United Kingdom, and should not require, now or in the future, sponsorship for employment visa status.
