We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Jobwise Ltd. The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience, ideally within recruitment or HR, and be confident working on a PC, using MS Office and basic MS Excel knowledge.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the recruitment team, checking paperwork, processing new starters, and tracking their progress on spreadsheets. They will also be responsible for ordering uniform, completing RTW checks, and accurately recording data in the system and within MS Excel.

Key skills and experience required include:

  • Previous administrative experience, ideally within recruitment or HR
  • Organised with a keen eye for detail
  • Confident on a computer, using MS Office including basic MS Excel knowledge
