**Sales Support (Adminstrator)**
**Background**:
Control Group are specialists in the specification and installation of integrated electronic systems predominantly to the commercial market. The Group has experienced significant growth during the last 3 years, and with offices in the UK and across Europe, we are currently working towards continued expansion.
This role provides an excellent and exciting opportunity to be involved and to influence the growth of a local company operating at an international level.
**Ideal location: Bollington, Cheshire**
You will be required to work from the Group’s Head Office, which is based in the idyllic town of Bollington in Cheshire.
**Job Role**:
This role will report directly to the International Account Director to implement a sales administration process, and further develop the existing administration function to support our ambitious growth plans. The role would suit someone who has some experience of working within an office environment, is proficient in the use of IT software with the ability to multitask and think on their feet.
**Working with**:
As this is a diverse role you will find that you will be required to support and require the support of all departments, however close working relationships will need to be maintained with our support and operations departments.

While the exact responsibilities will vary, the main duties of the Sales Administrator can be summarised as follows:
- Preparing and sending quotations for clients.
- Understanding client brief and their requirements.
- Working alongside supporting departments.
- Following up client enquiries.
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining the Sales Team calendars.
- Arranging and booking Travel and Accommodation where required.
- General Ad-hoc admin duties where required.
**Required knowledge & experience**:
- Highly PC Literate including all Microsoft Office packages.
- High level of written and verbal communication.
- Being influential, confident and motivated.
- Being logical and decisive.
- Being objective, flexible and independent.
- Handling stressful situations.
- Time management.
- Confident.
- Phone skills.
- Organisation and resolving problems.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- 5 GCSE’s Grade 4 or above (C or above) including English, Maths and IT.
**Salary**: Up to £23,000.00 per year
