About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our Payment Service Provider (PSP) business development efforts. As the Head of PSP Partnerships, you will be responsible for building and executing a strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our PSP business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive PSP business plan, including acquisition and management of new partners and growth of existing relationships.
  • Lead a team of professionals responsible for PSP business development, including Partner Account Managers and Solution Engineers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Go-to-Market, Engineering, and Product, to shape the future direction of our PSP business.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with global and multi-regional PSPs.
  • Develop and execute a hiring and growth strategy to build a high-performing team.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the Payments industry, with a strong understanding of PSPs and global account-to-account payment rails.
  • Proven track record of growing key multi-million pound partnerships in the Payments industry.
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to articulate the benefits of account-to-account payment rails to partners and their merchants.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Commercially minded, with strong quantitative and analytical skills, and a growth mindset.
